AI Experiments
Experiment 1: "AI Walk and Chat"
In this experiment, participants engaged in voice conversations with our AI Chat while walking, in neighborhood, park, school, office or any other places. One key advantage of BoardX Chat over ChatGPT is its ability to handle long voice inputs, allowing users to pause and continue without prompting an immediate response. This feature enables more natural, conversational interactions.
The next step of this experiment involved transferring the voice conversation onto a BoardX board. From there, users could utilize BoardX AI tools to generate conversation summaries, mind maps, storytelling, presentations, and more.
Experiment 2: "Chat and AI Functions"
Due to network issues during walks, some users encountered connectivity problems. In this experiment, we eliminated the walking component. Participants engaged in voice conversations with BoardX Chat and explored additional AI tools such as SWOT Analysis, Flyer Generation, 4 Quadrants Synthesis, and Clustering.
Experiment 3: "Co-Create Long-form Articles with AI Through Dialogue"
This experiment has focused solely on extended conversations with BoardX Chat to co-create long-form articles. By not involving "board" features or functions, the experiment allowed users to concentrate on sharing ideas and crafting articles.

BoardX AI Store Demo & Roadmap Meeting
Collaboration with Western Michigan Chinese Language School
Last week, we had an engaging meeting with the Western Michigan Chinese Language School to explore integrating AI into their programs. We discussed three key ideas:
- Content Streamlining: We considered using BoardX to enhance content creation for the school's website, with a potential shift to the Ghost content management system for smoother integration.
- Augmented Teaching: Xiaodan showcased an AI-powered tool to Principal Liu, highlighting its ability to streamline class preparation. Impressed by the demonstration, we decided to develop a sample lesson using AI to enhance classroom experiences. Once completed, this will be shared with Principal Liu, who will organize teacher training sessions. We plan to offer a two-month trial of BoardX to help teachers integrate AI into their teaching.
- Workshops and Collaboration: We aim to host additional workshops, inviting other Chinese Language Schools in Michigan, such as those in Kalamazoo and Ann Arbor, to explore various AI implementation ideas. This collaborative approach will help us understand teachers' needs and design tailored solutions for short, mid, and long-term implementation.
We are excited about these initiatives and look forward to strengthening our partnership.
